I just arrived in New York!
Oh, how I love the city in the fall, but at the same time cannot wait for the European countryside coming up in a few days.
I have not yet been able to upload some of the pictures take from the road trip across America, but some will come I promise.
My American boy and I have had breakfast in the french quarters in New Orleans, visited plantations along the Mississippi river, watched the trees turn from bright green to a beautiful display of orange, red and yellow along the road.
We stopped in Washington D.C for a couple of days and soaked up on Art and great food with friends.
It was heavenly to stroll hand in hand from art museum to art museum, soaking up on wonderful past and contemporary creations from creative people.
From Picasso to Andy Goldsworthy and back, D.C is an art capital worthy to be mentioned in the same breath of air as Madrid, St Petersburg, Paris and Rome.
