This last week I discovered a new little part of Oslo that I head over heels fell in love with.
A hop and a bus or ferry ride from downtown is this rustic seaside suburb called Bekkelaget.
The seagulls flew low, sailboat were ready to sail into the sunset, kids were laughing as they jump from the pier into the warm summer ocean and my dad and I enjoyed a late lunch break on our way home to our island.

It´s been some busy days lately but I´ll get some delicious recipes up soon.
Now lean back and enjoy this little part of summer Oslo before fall sets in.
