Before I jump in and share food images from Rome with you, I’ll share this easy little food snack, since arriving here in Rome it’s been no time to do the usual recipes for you due to work.
This little blue delight is the perfect dessert for one, made in no time.

What you need
_______________________
As many blueberries as you’d like
(I used a big handful.)
As much whipping cream or in this, case soy whipping cream that has a delicious “nutty” flavor that was new to me.
(I used 3dl of soy whipping cream.)
A dash of sugar
(I used 2-3 table spoons)

How to make it
____________________
Pour the fridge cold soy whipping cream and a dash of sugar in a jar with a tight lid, and shake away till it’s perfectly thick and smooth.
(Great for improving those arm muscles before summer hits for reals;)
The soy whipping cream will have a bit of a softer consistence than normal cows milk whipping cream.
Pour into a little bowl for one, and gently mix in as many blueberries as you’d like.
Et voila!
You have a delicious little blue snack just for you;)
If you want to drizzle some finely chopped fresh mint leafs over, it will definitely spruce it up a bit.
Now, let me share this little surprise with you.
Over on instagram I’ve from time to time shared bits and pieces of my little Norwegian fjord island studio, but I’ve never share with you my whole home.
I’m thrilled to announce that today you may head on over to Design Sponge to see a feature of my studio!
I love perusing their ever inspiring site and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to show my little home there.
Thank you Ann Ditmeyer from the wonderful travel blog Pret a Voyager for putting it all together.
To follow my journey around Rome before heading to Tuscany and Milano at the end of the week, join me on instagram.
Oh, and thank you Style.it for this sweet little feature!
Have a lovely Monday!

This looks so good! I’d love a bowl right now! Hopping over to check out your studio!
Thank you so much for sharing your AMAZING home with us, Marte Marie! You have me daydreaming just looking at it

Thanks for the recipe, I made it last night as a before bed snack. It was perfect!
I’d never thought to whip cream in a jar. So fun.
