If I haven’t told you, I love fresh bread. The kind made from scratch by European bakers with a perfect crust and flavor.
My petite black book is filled with addresses to bakeries all over the world. Maybe I should post a page from my petite black book one day.
However, a while ago, when in the US I craved some french olive bread and went to Wholefoods to meander about in the bakery section. Upon scouting out the above walnut and cranberry bread I ran home and was unable to eat it until I had styled a little shoot with it.
So now, every time I am in need of some bread, and are not in a part of the world where it can easily be made or bought, I take a look at these images. The divine smell of fresh baked walnut and cranberry bread come to mind and soften my heart.
I have showed these in an earlier post, however I could not help but post some of these again.
